A recent price check of three major brick-and-mortar drug retailers as well as longtime online facilitator eDrugstore.com reveals that the average price for a 10-milligram dose (the recommended starting dose) of Cialis is $37.63.
This price is calculated based on the purchase of 10 Cialis tablets of 20 milligrams each that are then split in two to produce 20 doses of 10 milligrams each. As of this writing, the current average price for 10 Cialis tablets of 20 milligrams is $752.69, or about $37.63 a 10-milligram dose.
If you’d like to save money and don’t mind using a generic version of the drug, the average price for a 10-milligram dose of tadalafil, Cialis’s generic equivalent, runs about $26.40, a savings of more than $10 over a similar-strength dose of the brand-name drug.
